Your $25 Pivotal Workout Studio Credit can be applied toward eligible Pivotal Workout merchandise, making it easier to continue building your at-home training setup.

Promotional Studio Credits

If you received your Studio Credit as a promotional benefit from a previous Pivotal Workout purchase, your credit is subject to a $75 minimum qualifying merchandise subtotal.

The $75 minimum is calculated before taxes, shipping, and the $25 credit are applied.

Promotional Studio Credits are available only to verified eligible customers. The email address, phone number, or customer information used to redeem the credit must correspond with the qualifying purchase in our system.

If we are unable to verify the qualifying purchase or eligibility for the promotional credit, the credit may be declined or removed from the order.

The $75 minimum does not apply to $25 Studio Credits purchased at full value.

Promotional Credit Terms

Promotional Studio Credits are:

  • Limited to one redemption per eligible customer

  • Non-transferable

  • Not redeemable or exchangeable for cash

  • Not redeemable for another gift card or store credit

  • Valid for 45 days from the date of issuance

  • Not combinable with other discount codes or promotional credits unless specifically stated otherwise

If the original purchase associated with a promotional Studio Credit is later canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back, the promotional credit may be revoked.

Pivotal Workout reserves the right to decline or revoke promotional credits in cases involving duplicate accounts, unauthorized transfers, suspected fraud, promotional abuse, or attempts to circumvent the terms of the offer.

Purchased Studio Credits

Studio Credits purchased at full value are not subject to the promotional $75 minimum purchase requirement and do not require verification of a previous qualifying order.
